Help in Ohio

Hello All,
 
Anyone have dealings with a Christopher Wells from discount auto service in Cleveland? I responded to an ad he had for a Ben Swann chipped ecu for my 87 5kcsq. I arraigned to purchase the ecu as well as a multi-function switch. We came to an agreed price and I sent a $ order. Upon receipt of the $order he was to ship the purchased items. He claims he shipped on the 21st of April, but did not provide tracking info. I have not received the items and he has not responded to 3 emails and a phone call since the 29th of April.
Anyone know him? Any other bad deals? Is this typical? All my other deals on audifans have always been success.
