Very good question.

Headlamps are 4x sealed beams, so no problem there. But there isn't a cat
conv, so depending on your legislation, it can be a problem. And the speedo
is in KM.

However, a car that is 25 years and older should be OK in almost any state.

Is the car US DOT legal or is a Canadian spec machine (if there is a 
difference)?
