I have property in OK, and that's where I'll be registering it. The
only thing they do is look at the VIN, no inspection, emissions or
anything. Basically, they just verify that the car you are registering
with the title is the same one that you physically brought to
register.
It doesn't run currently, but it will.............................;-)
