CIS versions all have both - a switch that is closed at idle, that 
reduces fuel comsumption, and a switch that is closed at about 2/3 
throttle that provides fuel enrichment for giddyupandgo.  They are both 
trivial to check with an ohm meter. Or a light bulb and power source.

On the CIS '83 coupe one of them is under the TB and one is over it.
