Cleaning the inside of DOT headlights

Pour glass cleaner of choice into the headlight, toss in a bunch of rice,
and shake, shake, shake.

Dump out the mix, flush out the rice with plenty of water, then do a final
rinse with distilled water.

Let dry thoroughly.  I attached a tube to a hair dryer and inserted into the
hole to direct air inside.  It was tedious but worked.

My final results were quite good.
