Just for the record - 
I recently have been chasing a knock sensor code that was popping up
frequently and at the strangest times on the 3B URQ.
Turns out (apparently so far) that Steve Eiche is the winner. He suggested
that I start at the beginning and check torque on the buggers. Since I had
put them in and knew they were tight, it wasn't my first inclination. Turns
out I had evidently tightened them to 22 lb/ft - not Newton/meters. That was
about what my torque wrench needed to loosen them. After re-torqueing, have
not seen a code for 2 weeks. Seems that only slightly over-tightened will
cause "issues".
