I have a digital copy for the V8 and I just print each thing as I need them,
3-hole punch them and put'em in a binder.

You can print out individual pages or groups of pages from the Bentley 
manual for the job you're trying to do. I have found the way some of the 
information is organized to be unusual. On the other hand you can do a 
search for a term or a fault code and find it a lot more quickly than in a 
paper manual. And you just click on an arrow to see the next instance of the

term.

And i don't think you can print the manuals from the CD/DVD either..which i
would readily do if the option existed.
