Wiring driving lights

On looking at the list of things to do at the right, #5 Connect Switch and 
#6 secure switch.  Since they say Connect relay, secure relay and connect 
lamp and secure lamp. I believe that box is a rocker switch, color black, 
unlighted.

That is a fuse holder, just add fuse.
