4000 Speedometer cable rebuild/source?

So, I've searched through my saved emails, and the archives, and can't
seem to find the source for rebuilding speedometer cables. I was
pretty sure it was discussed on this list. Anyhow, I'm working on an
84 4000Q, and I need the upper speedo cable rebuilt, as they are NLA.
I'll also havce the lower redone at the same time (why wait for it to
break).

Anyone know the website?
