'91 90 20V Torque Specs

Hi all;

I'm doing a TB job (1991 90 20V Quattro) and all the goodies pertaining to it and more and would like to know the torque specs of the following:

1 Bolt on cam sproket

2 H2O pump bolts

3 Bolt on idler roller

4 Valve cover bolts 

5 Cam bolts/nuts and specific sequence taking then off and on

6 Intake manifold bolts and specific sequence, if any

Many thanks in advance and any additional info. while I'm at it is also more than welcome.
