Where to get this tab

I have the original AAN flywheel - it is in fine condition, but I didn't like the disk
and the PP - that and the thing is massive compared to the 3B.
 
Maybe I could pull off that one.  I can probably machine the piece.  What's the AAN
flywheel worth in good condition - I'd hate to devalue somthing that might be worth a
few $ in good condition.  This is BTW the flywheel off the engine I got from you - all
was in great condition.
 
Seems the tab would be a bit more secure, especially if tack welded.  Would it give
better signal resolution?
 
Is it worth it, or just go with the pin?
