Seatbelt Wetness Again....

I had the same thing happen with my B5 and found that the drain end of  
the drains was plugged. Fortunately I had an Avant, so getting to the  
drain was easy (behind the wheel compared with behind the bumper in  
the sedans). "Enlarging" the end of the drain (i.e. snipping the end  
to make the hole much bigger) solved the problem.
