How to center a steering wheel...

Since I just did an alignment on a 5000 yesterday I can say that the front tow spec is zero, front camber is -0.3 degrees (very slight, I couldn't even get mine below -0.6, but I'm on Eibach springs), rear camber is -0.5, and rear total tow is 0.20 according to the Bentley manual.
