Temp issue

The fan fuse is not in the fuse box, it's in its own separate holder
somewhere near the shock tower and coolant reservoir.  It's not a typical
fuse, it's a little piece of metal that is held by two screws.

I had the boy check for a bad fuse. He said it was 30a and it checked good.
I wonder if he was checking heater fan fuse? 

This is an 86 5ktq. Should there be an 80 honking-amp fuse in there?
