I was unable to hear her clearly enough to get her name.  She did not seem to understand what I was asking for.  She insisted that she was unable to provide floor mats bearing Audi logos.  That they were unavailable for older models and she simply could not supply them.I did my best to explain to her that we didn't need Audi to supply the mats and that, in fact, I could supply the mats without logos and that all we needed was Audi's permission to use the logo on a limited number of mats.  She either did not (or would not) understand what I was asking for.At this point it sounds to me like we're screwed.  Unless, that is, somebody else can make more headway than I was able to do.Beuller?  Anybody?Bob
