Blinkers are not working

With my 1986 type 44 Quattro Turbo the left blinker blinks very fast, the
4-way flashers and the right blinker blink slowly and the way they were
always blinking.

Problem?

My directional indicators (aka blinkers) are not working --- none of them.
The emergency flasher is OK.

 

I figure it is the flasher unit.

 

Please--- where is it located?  How do I get to it?  I HOPE it is a
DoItYourSelfer job????
