it also could be the switches, you should switch them for known good ones
first. Sometimes the contacts on one pole or the other don't reach the
clicky thing anymore on the inside of the switch.
Other than that, it could be the wiring in the door, especially on the
drivers door since they all operate of that one, but I dunno, I sorta doubt
it.
