ETKA online ???

Is there a functional website with ETKA online these days?  Preferably
English language.

I've used www.vagcat.com in the past, but it's not working now.  Prior to
that I had used a .ru version of it, but it no longer works either.

I have a new computer running Windows 7 and have not figured out how to et
ETKA working on it ... hence my heightened interest in an online version.
Does anyone have ETKA working with Windows 7?
