NYC shop or indie tech recommendation?

Hi list,

A friend/customer of mine sounds like she had a coil on her 1.8t fail.

She is in Harlem, dont worry its much better than it used to be, and in need
of a shop recommendation for AAA to tow her to, or a friendly indie tech
like myself to diagnose it.

I was describing to her a couple simple things she could do to help me
diagnose over the phone, when a well intentioned passer by "helping" her
open her hood, broke off the pull tab, so now she cant figure out how to
even open her hood, in the hood :]

So any recommendations on trusted NYC shop or indie tech wanting to make
some extra cash?
