Fault code 2224 / MC2-engine

Someone correct if I'm wrong but with a chip it will overboost according to
factory specs.  Maybe Ben cab answer if that is something that he programmed
out.

Don't have any good ideas for the poor performance.  Not sure about 100
Turbo's but my 200 10v sucked the sponge filter into the intercooler,
greatly reducing power, but also no boost.
