[urq] Future Audi : is there a TDI planned ?

Trouble is, acquisition price of a Diesel is so high, hardly makes sense.
Here in Canada Mercedes Benz Diesel was over $10K more than comparable gas
engine model. Takes maaaaany years of fuel saving to make up the difference.
Never mind it was well over $70K new. Similar situation between the VW
Diesel's and gas models, cars and Touareg, though less price difference. I'd
like an A4 Avant q Diesel, 6-sp. and all but to fork a whole bundle of cash
makes no sense, if decent used cars are aplenty. Maybe getting cheaper with
age ;o)
