You read it right, your car is not one of the singel window dizzy, flywheel
pin cars. Those in that group are the turbo equipped cars, which the NF/NG
is not.

Yours has a 5-cut out wheel in the dizzy, as Huw stated.

To check the TB, pull the dizzy cap, and have someone hit the key and see
if the rotor is turning. If it's not, the belt is DOA. If it is rotating,
the next step is to check the allignment of the timing marks on the belt.
There should be a hole in the back of the cover by where the valve cover
lines up with the cam mark, so no reason to pull the cover.
