Easiest place to fuse the fan ground

As I posted before the #5 fuse on my '91CQ, high speed fan, melted. 

Suggestions has been made to 80A fuse the ground. Where is the easiest place
to
do this? It's really tight at the back of the fan. (I noticed my 100q has
this
fuse stock at the back of the fan.)

I am also not sure how to fix this melting fuse issue. All wires/connectors
seem
fine, are uncorroded, etc. Only the yellow connector and the fuse above are
affected. Does this mean my fan is dying?
