A8 struts/shocks

Anybody replaced their A8 struts. I'm looking at a limited selection which
has been narrowed down to Bilstein HDs (HD aka B6 series, B8 are
sports/lowered suspension).

I want to keep the luxury ride with a bit of added firmness. Don't want a
harsh track ride.

Prices for the B6 series are 140-150 with a lifetime warrantee. The way my
A8 is holding up that might get exercised.

Favorite suppliers would be appreciated too.
