A couple of miscellaneous items

1. It's on the transmission, just in front of the left inner CV joint, and
slightly above. Should be a three terminal plug. In the later ones, it is
incorperated into the left front wheel speed sensor, but then you also get
an ABS issue at the same time.
2. Time to put it on a lift, clean it as well as possible, and see where
it's coming from. With that rate of leakage, should be plenty easy.
3. Go find a wrecked A4/A6/Passat and take the adjuster from the headlight
to fix yours. It does not have to be HID, that part of the assy is the same.
4. no idea ;(
