Correct.  The "winter" wheels were 15x7.5 et40 with 215/60-15 tires.

I have a set on the 93 V8 with 205/65-15 winter tires.

There were both 15's and 16's on them from teh factory. I believe the 16's
were standard, the 15's were a no cost "all season" option, IIRC.
