Audi a8 99 tranny limp mode.

Is the cleaning something that a competent audi shop can do? I am going to
be having the excellent crew at Force5 doing my trans service in a month or
so if it will help, my trans is at 162k now, 165-170k by the time the
service is done.

Is it worth it?
