Cigarette Lighter and USB Adapters

I run a three outlet cigarette lighter adapter, two have USB adapters, one cigarette, and on the back there is a dedicated USB port. In addition I have Sirius hard wired and radar as well. 
They charge the phone, gps, iPod, and power the CB.
 No problems with drain, except once, when it turned out to be a faulty battery.
