Some of the best tires I've owned were no names from VIP in Claremont NH. I had the 205/50/ZR16 on my Focus and I routinely tore up the (poorly maintained) roads here, my favorite being Job's Creek Rd in Sunapee. They were also great in the wet. I had them up to the car's governed max of 108mph.
