Need Hydraulic Pressure Accumulator for Coupe Q

Has anyone investigated the possibility of interchange with other  
manufacturers. I know Thunderbird Turbo & super coupes of the late 80's  and early 
90's used a German "bomb".  A few years ago I picked one up for  my Mercury 
XR-7 and noted it interchanged with Jaguar and several other cars.  It is in 
my basement with a notation of all the interchanges, but can't find  it now.
 
I just pulled up a Google image of the accumulator for an Audi  Coupe QT, 
it looks about the same. I suppose all "pressure pots"  do.
