Tire Loosing Air

Check the valvestem, also if it has been cold, rims have a tendency to
contract, thus loosing air.  Isn't there a formula, for every degree below
freezing, that a tire looses 10 psi?

Front right tire is loosing air in one day that the tire becomes completely
flat. I've had to reclean the rims before because of rim oxidation. I hope
this is the same problem and not a tire leak.

They are 4 Bridgestone Fuzion HRi 205/55R16 91H tires with 22,000 km on Audi
A6 rims, I want to sell these 4 rims and place the original type 44 rims on
the 86 Quattro.
