A6 biturbo with TC code/MIL fs in southern nh

I just realized I should pass along word of this car - very clean, just 
had timing belt done and a front brake job.

It is throwing a torque converter code that prevents it from being 
inspected in NH.  Owner just wants to walk away, asking $3.5 k/bro.

It would be fine in an area where that MIL/code isn't an issue, or 
someone could replace the TC if they were motivated.
