Audi sighting

I am just tickled to be driving my 1990 V8. When I'm driving around town I see many, many late model Audis and the drivers of those cars don't even see me. No sense of appreciation whatsoever. Clearly, they are folks who can afford any German luxury car on the market and when they started at the beginning of the alphabet they just settled with "A" without looking any further. No love of the breed. 

Well, last evening I was at a light and noticed a pearl white Audi waiting on the other side. I am quite sure it was a Audi 90 in mint condition from the glimpse I got. Light changed and we passed each other (with me craning my neck to the side to get the best possible look). Twenty something guy behind the wheel gave me a little salute as he went. 

Ahhhh, my day was made ;-)
