My son's 2003 Jetta Wolfsburg has a very sticky trunk lid - to the point where 
you have to use a major amount of
strength to open and close it. I assume that the struts are the culprit. Is 
there any adjustment/lubrication that can be done,
or do you just replace the 2 struts?
