Kinda like that, 'cept unlimited speed is offered only in Germany in parts
of freeways. Most other EU countries have 130 km/h speed limit. And no
flames shootin' or you'll get pulled over.

Wonder myself, too. There are cities there, too for short trips and cold
counties in the north for cold starts.

But we digress - Orig. point was that oil changes @ 5K miles is not needed.
If synth. oil can withstand a few hours at a time close to red line RPM
(pushing 200km/h) with 16K kms changes, it ought to handle 3.5K RPM going
75/80 miles/h with the same change frequency. Never mind that even Porsche
oil changes are recommended at 25K kms.
