fubar CD changer

Hi there Bob,
I guess it depends on the CD changer. Audi has been selling their 6-disc
changers at yard-sale prices for a while now:
http://www.vwparts.com/parts-outlet-center/index.php
$ 39 for a changer new-in-the-box makes you wonder why somebody would buy a
used one. I may get one as a spare for my allroad.
If you can get your hands on the changer in your son's car, check out who
made it and the part number and type them into Google. Chances are, there
are M-B groups like our beloved Audifans (but not as good, of course) that
would have a cross-over for the crazy stealership prices. Sheesh....they do
know that a $20 MP3 player will hold more songs than the changer, right?
Cheers!
