Oil pan gasket/rear main seal

I would be looking first to the cam chain tensioner seals. They leak quite
commonly on these, and run down the front onto the oil pan and filter. When
driving, that oil goes back wot where it looks like the rear seal is
leaking. There is one on the left front of the engine and one on the right
rear. Usually need to be changed around 80-100k, and I usually do them with
a TB job.
If it is the oil pan gasket and rear crank seal, you need to drop the
subframe, which means supporting the engine from the top. Then, you will
have to pull the trans out for the rear crank seal. the oil pan will be
pretty self explanitory at that point.
One other thing to check is the oil cooler seal. It's special to the V6 as
well.
