Sorry, Dennis, I was off line for a bit.
Can't say where your drain is but there's a real good chance you'll be able to find the end of a small rubber hose protruding from the floor-pan or low on the firewall roughly below the evaporator. The front subframe might obscure it.
On my Infiniti, which does not have a plugged drain, a little water condensation must still pool somewhere because I get the smell after awhile. It can take three strong applications over a period of a week to really set it back good. By that I mean keeping the smell at bay for a couple of months in the summer. No permanent cure because the system is inherently a mildew breeder.

I've used the Frigi-Fresh with only short term improvement. The drains may well be the cause. Where are they located on these cars?
