You have a couple of options here. I don't see any reason whatsoever why
you wouldn't have the repairs done, if you like the car.

First, you can have it repaired as mentioned, and a good body shop should
be able to make it look like new when finished.

Second, you can check with car-part.com and find some matching used parts
(done this for several customers in teh past). If it's a similar year car,
and the paint code is teh same, the color will match. With this option, you
could buy the parts from, say AZ, and know you are getting clean stuff
(unless the car came form up north, of course). I'm in TX, so I've always
got nice parts.

Know this, though, you will need to have the parts crated and shipped if
you don't want them damaged.
