The 4.2 has enough torque to kill the TC in the ZF tranny

Timing belt is very expensive - every 75k

4.2 is overall very stout

Control arms are an issue - front (actually its mostly the integral ball joints)

service the tranny every 50k or so (dont flush, just filter and drain/fill - its a bit complex)
