Sealing tail lights - water leak

I used the 3M strip caulk on my 4KQ and stopped the leak. There was enough
in the package to do 2 cars. As I recall, there was a big round rubber
bumper on either side that mounted through a hole right where the water runs
down. Probably the same on the 5000. Maybe yours are missing?
