Fuse 13 is also for Fuel pump motor, warm up valve according to my list.

There should not be ground there. It should have power, which comes from
fuse 13. Check the fuse, from there it goes through the fusebox to B15a,
terminal on the fusebox. Then, onto a common point that branches off in teh
harness. and onto the sender.

Prong 1-dark blue wire has continuity with ground: Power supply

Prong 2-yellow wire does not have continuity with ground: Output to
speedometer

Prong 3-brown wire has continuity with ground: ground.

Should there be continuity with ground by prong 1?
