Audi I5 flywheel pin pita

I had one break twice in 3 months in my URQ.
Ended up an oil pan bolt had dropped in the bell housing - had to pull the tranny to find the culprit.

I've never personally seen one break on any of my 9 5000's nor the few  
ozen 5 cylinder cars I've work on for others over the past ten years.  
or you to have it happen to you more than once it can't be a fluke.  
'm guessing you have debris in your bellhousing area or maybe the VR  
ensor in too deep?
