We figured out that my brake master cylinder is shot. I looked them up at autohausaz and they are exspensive! Awesome!

We've seen this before- heating of the master cylinder seems to be the theory... replacement of the master cures it. I presume you've fully flushed with a vacuum or pressure bleeder and have gotten all of the air out of the system.
