Timing belt change - marks on flywheel and on vibration dampernot aligning

I'm pretty sure if the vibration damper has "no Key" it has long ago sheared 
off.  There isn't a separate key, it is molded into one of the parts.  Mine 
not only sheared the key, it also broke a bit of the keyway from the end of 
the crank.
