adhesives 101

I'd use either RTV (silicon) or superglue (Cyanoacrilate - CA), and base 
the choice on availability.  Clean surfaces with alcohol first, and use 
as little glue as possible.

Thunderbird suggest Quadrilateral.  What do they know about glue?
