How to disconnect wires from connector blocks?

There is a special tool (or several, actually) that has a half dozen 
different terminal release bits sticking out of it.  Sorry, have no picture.

I used mine to build this:

It can also be done using a carefully ground-down small screwdriver. 
You basically need a thin, strong tip that is about 3/32" wide by 3/128" 
thick.  Or so.  Some styles of terminals are easier to remove than others.
