'91 100q ignition switch replacement

Done the job myself, you have to scratch away the red paint dot on top and
in my case I used a small slit screwdriver. After installing new ignition
switch I put a small spot of glue on top hole after I screwed in screw.

My 100q's ignition switch has become intermittent and I'd like to change it
before it gets worse. I dropped the knee bar and was able to pull out the
plug
and see the switch. 

I can't visualize the two screws, however. How are the two screws that hold
the switch in place oriented and how are they accessed?
