Mechanic recommendation in Phoenix area

Hello all. I have a relative who has a 2004 Passat (not an Audi, but  
close enough) and is looking for a mechanic in the Phoenix area. He's  
been having a problem with vibrations at highway speeds under load;  
two VW dealers have attempted to fix the problem by replacing axles,  
to no avail. He's (wisely) looking for another mechanic. Any  
recommendations would be appreciated.
