That's what I meant by comparing them to the big box stores,, no more mom n
pop shops can survive. Didn't really know anything about worldpac before
these emails.

Not really, they have tier pricing, the more you buy, the more of a
discount you get. I got a compressor for the 200TQA a while back, quoted
from a friends autoshop account ($5000+ a month in business with
WorldPac) and then ordered (for convience) through another friends
autobody shop account (does very little business with worldpac). The
price difference was almost $375 more when billed to the autobody
account, that was quickly rectified.
For all intents and purposes, the "little guy" is gone when it comes to
import autoparts. If he's still around, he's usually nothing more than a
drop shipper with a WorldPac account.
